Small Hiatus

17 December 2007 5 Comments

Instead of letting people come here all filled with hope and then sigh when they see that I haven’t posted (not that I think anyone’s world will be rocked, but anyway), I’ll let you know that I’m taking a little hiatus. I’ve got so many things to share with you (the black version of “Scrooge”, all of my favorite black sitcom xmas moments, AND a new Colored But Cancelled) but also have a few priorities that are real enough that I don’t even want to have blogging as a procrastination option, because knowing myself I will sit here and dig up the most obscurely entertaining black stuff 40 hours per week instead of handling my personal business. So please come back on Friday or so – I have all of this black Christmas stuff I wanna talk about, plus my annual anti-Kwanzaa rant and of course the special layer of stankness that I like to apply to the human race, especially this time of year when everyone gets all righetous but realy just plays themselves. In the meantime, have a great holiday season or what have you (clearly I am not in the spirit yet)…

Go on Ms. Thang, and take care of your business! It’s not like the blogosphere is going anywhere! We have nothing better to do besides sit here and wait for you to return!!
