Who Am I?
I decided to bring back “Who Am I” even though no one solved my last Who Am I? post (Nicco got one of them but I need the full answer to give full credit). So I’m at it again. No hints this time. Please throw up some guesses before Labor Day so homeboy’s ensemble won’t be considered quite so hopelessly tacky.
UPDATE: Positive K didn’t fool anyone considering he hasn’t really aged much except for the grown n’ sexy outfit. Universal Music has disabled embedding for “I Got a Man” so check the link, but a crusty version of my personal fave, “Excuse Me Miss” (featuring MC Lyte) can be found below. This song is slept-on hotness.

Hey Thembi!!
Have you posted a pic of the 2008 version of Tevin Campbell yet??
Maybe you can put up a multiple choice answer so we can choose!! Some of these are really hard to guess!!
Or maybe…I just don’t know any celebs since I don’t own a tv and never read Sister2Sister Mag!!! *LOL*

“I gotta man….”
“How long you that problem?”
Had to google those lyrics first because I couldn’t remember his name.
Thanks for bringing back “Who Am I”. I need to get over here quicker next time.
So what do you think? Please be respectful to other readers!

Malt Liquor: A Historical Examination
By Thembi Ford on May 18, 2008
The other day I made a joke to one of my coworkers about 40’s and she had no idea what I was talking about. I always think really hard when someone doesn’t get my jokes, and it made me realize that the 40-ounce beverage, and malt liquor in general, has somehow become a distinctly black phenomenon that is difficult for foreigners to fully grasp. But how did American black folks become the key market for consumption of this drink?
